Welcome to the Averill Woods Neighborhood Association "Ning" site
This is a special website for neighbors in the Averill Woods Neighborhood on the southwest side of Lansing, Michigan.
It's many parts, including a blog, a forum, photos and groups, are intended to provide an online gathering place for our neighbors, city officials and others interested in this very special part of the state capital city. Our goal is to keep neighbors networked with each other about common concerns and to make city hall more accessible to them.
This site--built on a "Ning" social media platform--has been started and is being maintained as a volunteer activity of the Averill Woods Neighborhood Association.
